Suya Recipe ( Spicy grilled Meat)

Suya is a spicy grilled meat dish that originated in Nigeria and is popular throughout West Africa. It is typically made from beef or chicken, but can also be made from other meats such as goat or lamb. The meat is marinated in a special blend of spices and then skewered and grilled over an open flame.

Suya has a long history in Nigeria and is believed to have originated in the northern part of the country. It is a popular street food and is often sold by street vendors who specialize in making suya. Suya is loved for its unique blend of spices, which typically include ground peanuts, chili peppers, and other herbs and spices. Suya is also a good source of protein and is often served as a main dish or as a snack.
