Ghanaian Pancake š„ Recipe
One thing I love about Ghanaian pancakes is that dash of nutmeg that gives it that edgy spiciness and whiff of fragrance. Though savory, pancakes can be eaten as a sweet breakfast dish. It is fluffy and flavorful and an all-star at the breakfast table in many Ghanaian homes. The delight of Ghanaian pancakes can only be found by eating it. Itās also best served as dessert with Fanice; Ghanaās beloved vanilla ice-cream.Ā
