  • Scotch bonnet pepper
  • Onion
  • Ginger
  • Garlic
  • Salt
  • Green bell pepper (optional, for garnishing)

Instructions

  1. Boil the egg.
  2. Grind the pepper until it turns into a paste.
  3. Peel and cut onions and garlic clove and grind until it turns into paste.
  4. Add the ginger and grind until you have any consistency you prefer and add salt to taste.
  5. Garnish with sliced onions.
  6. Remove the egg shells and cut the egg and put the pepper sauce in the middle.
  7. Garnish with green bell pepper.
